If you use PayPal, It is important that your PayPal account information is current with a confirmed address, and the shipping address would also need to be confirmed before we can ship an item to ensure proper delivery especially when a purchased shop item requires a signature confirmation. If we are unable to obtain a confirmed address after communicating with the buyer, the order will be canceled and payment refunded, if already processed, via original payment method.
Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payments.
For United States Orders:
Items under $150.00 will be shipped insured via USPS First Class Mail.
All other items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, signature confirmation and fully insured which is included in shipping price.
The tracking number will be emailed to you when item is shipped.
Please be aware that it is the responsibility of international buyers to be responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, VAT tax, local tax, levies that is required by your country. Please also be aware of imposed import restrictions of your country, that the customs form will list the actual sale price and that availability to ship to certain countries may be excluded due to import restrictions. These import restrictions may necessitate the need to cancel any orders from countries where these restrictions are in place or where we feel buyer and/or seller protection is compromised.
Buyers residing in countries that are subject to EU regulations have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item.
International orders under $150.00 will be shipped USPS First Class International

International orders should allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time and a phone number is required for international shipments so that your customs office can contact you if necessary.
Expedited shipping services are available, if needed, so please contact us first prior to purchase in order to provide rates and options and then shipping price will be adjusted per your chosen option or can be chosen at time of checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please understand that antique and vintage items are sold as is with any known unusual conditions explained in item listing. We do our best to try to make an online purchase from our shop as easy as possible by providing complete descriptions and detailed photos. We are proud of the beautiful vintage jewelry we have to offer and try to display the items in color and close up to show details which are an important part of vintage jewelry.
It is our goal to always only purchase those items that are in good to excellent condition in order to bring you the finest treasures at reasonable prices! So many of these antique and vintage items are bought with normal wear and tear simply due to the decades of pre-loved daily wear.
Most of them have some type of minor repair needed, such as shank repair, retipping, sizing, etc. and the good thing is that most of the time the damage is minimal and can be easily repaired.
It breaks my heart when we find vintage jewelry that can't be repaired and must be totally scrapped!
We take great pride in being particular about discovering and hand selecting each vintage jewel in our shop and want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are, so we do offer a 3 day return period upon receipt of each purchased item.
All sales are considered final after the initial 3 day period of item being received.
Layaway purchases and any item that has been sized, customized, or altered from original purchased condition are non-returnable.
If return is necessary, you must contact us first within 3 days of item being delivered to you in order to receive refund minus original shipping and insurance charges and return shipping costs, which are buyer's responsibility. There may be a 2-3 day delay in processing and item must be returned in original condition with all original packaging intact, fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation within a 5 day period of item delivery. Return shipping is responsibility of buyer.

Please be aware that antique, vintage and estate jewelry have a history of their own and are not brand new items and are sold in 'as is' condition. They have been previously worn and loved by their original owners and will show normal wear and patina which does not detract from their beauty and craftsmanship and usually add to the character of the vintage piece of history! So many of these antique and vintage items are bought with normal wear and tear simply due to the decades of pre-loved daily wear. Lady Rose Vintage Jewels provides beautiful antique, vintage and estate jewelry with descriptions and photos to the best of our knowledge and please be aware that photos are taken in high magnification so as to provide close up details so it is important that buyers read all listing descriptions.
Descriptions are based on jewelry hallmarking, actual diamond and metal testing for authentication, personal knowledge and experience along with that of local jewelers and Graduate Gemologists when consulted .
Diamond carat weight, clarity, identification of gemstones, ring and/or item size and age of items are all approximate unless specific via certified written appraisals by an independent GIA Graduate Gemologist which will be stated in the listing.
All diamonds tested and other gemstones identified as accurately as possible while set in their mountings in an effort to maintain the original integrity of these vintage treasures.
Since we have found ring mandrels to differ in size, and ring sizing is something that can be easily done by most jewelers anywhere, we feel it is in the best interest to have the buyer first get the ring home to see if they like the purchase and if it fits with the current size... and, secondly, then resize if needed by your local jeweler so it can be personally customized to fit yourself exactly as you like.
However, we also realize many customers inquire about ring sizing upon purchase because of the added convenience, thus in an effort to accommodate those customers, we can offer sizing by our bench jeweler for an additional fee which will be determined by the individual size requirements.
Please understand that if a ring is sized by our jeweler it will be considered customized, will also be nonreturnable and will require a delay in shipping.
